An Order is any Customer Purchase Request that comes in through Facebook Messages, WhatsApp Chats, Instagram DMs, or Phone Calls. In Storemate OMS, orders are the first step in your Sales Process — tracking each one from placement through to delivery.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Sync means that when you add Orders to Storemate OMS, the system automatically syncs and updates those order details with your Delivery Partner's system — no manual data entry required.
A Business Location is the physical address or warehouse where you store and dispatch your products. If you operate warehouses in different cities or areas, you can set up multiple Business Accounts in Storemate OMS to manage inventory and shipping separately for each location.
Yes. Storemate OMS is integrated with several major courier services across Sri Lanka. You can choose which courier to use on a per-order basis. If your preferred courier isn't in our list yet, contact us — we regularly add new partners.
WhatsApp support is available on Premium and Enterprise plans. All other plans receive email-based support. You can always upgrade your plan if your business needs faster response times.
